Special Application
Free Standing Frame Dock Leveler
If pit construction isn’t feasible, a free-standing frame dock leveler offers an excellent alternative. This design also allows the dock leveler to be installed in a sheltered area outside the building, making it especially useful for loading dock areas with limited floor space.
Edge of Dock
An edge-of-dock bridges the gap between the edge of a loading area and a truck. Unlike traditional dock levelers, it doesn’t require a concrete pit, as it is mounted directly onto the loading dock. However, its operational range is less versatile than that of a standard dock leveler.
Dock Lift – The Scissor Lift + Dock Leveler Combo
This dock lift combines the functions of a Scissor Lift and Dock Leveler into single compact unit, saving valuable space by eliminating the need for a separate scissor lift and dock leveler.
In dock mode: It function as a dock leveler for efficient loading and unloading.
In lift mode: It function as a scissor lift, enabling smooth travel between dock and ground level without the need for a ramp.
Telescopic Lip Dock Leveler
Featuring an adjustable telescopic lip, these dock levelers offer flexibility in handling various truck sizes and loading scenarios. The lip extends or retracts to accommodate different truck bed heights, loading gaps, and even cold room applications, ensuring versatility across a wide range of loading situations.
